TRZ has limited team suites and private offices that will be allocated to promote complementary professional businesses that can support the needs of all small business owners.

WE HAVE:

- 5 Team Suites for business owners who have been in business 2+ years with at least $500K in Revenue and appropriate insurance. Priorities are Bookkeeping/Accounting, IT Services, Software Developers, Business Attorney, Insurance Agent, Brokers, or other critical small business needs.

-4 Private Offices for business owners who have been in business 2+ years with at least $100K in Revenue and appropriate insurance. Priorities for ideal businesses are same as Team Suites.

-1 AV/Sound Room entrepreneur who has been in business 1+ years with appropriate equipment, training, experience, and insurance to run the AV/Sound Room."

The coworking area, conference room, collaboration room, and dedicated AV/Sound Room will be available to business professionals seeking a place to get away from their home offices for certain days of the week to focus or collaborate with their fellow home office team members.
